Built in 2026 by Dockmasters, the new dock at Ross’s Landing is a landmark addition to Chattanooga’s downtown riverfront. Designed to enhance access to the Tennessee River, this project combines modern engineering, quality craftsmanship, and lasting functionality in one of the city’s most iconic waterfront locations.

THE DREAM
This dock is a small part of a major revitalization of downtown Chattanooga. We are honored to have been selected to help bring the first piece of this great restoration project to life.

Through state of the art architectural design and cutting edge technology, we were able to provide a glimpse of this project before it even began so we could ensure that it became a reality.
